How will I know my order has shipped?

Once your order is placed at TSGCOLLECTIONS you will receive a confirmation email, along with your tracking number if you selected tracked shipping. You will then receive a second email that your order has been shipped.

How long will it take me to get my order

The processing time for orders is 5 days for UK and International orders. For all UK orders please allow up to 3-5 business days to arrive and for all International orders, please allow up to 5-10 business days to arrive. Please note: There may be delays from time to time due to natural causes such as Heavy Rain, Snowfalls and Foggy conditions which are out of our control.

Can I return my order?

Unfortunately TSGCOLLECTIONS do not offer returns or exchanges due to the sanitary nature of our products and for the safety of our customers.

All sales are final.

My order is damaged?

At TSGCollections we make sure every order package safe and secure with the best quality packaging. If your package is damaged, lost or stolen, a full investigation will be made and we kindly ask for your patience as whilst we try to locate your package.

How do I cancel or change my order?

As soon as you place your order we begin processing it. Therefore, we are unable to cancel orders. Please contact us within 24 hours if you need your order changed.
